If only we would have spent the 80 billion dollars that was spent on homeland security in USA, to provide opportunities for the masses of under priviledged on our planet,

If only we could have eliminated the $350 Billion spent on farm subsidy annually and allowed the farmers of the developing countries a chance to dignity,

Then no one had the time or moral pursuation to plot anything nasty against anyone.
