To conclude to-day's big debate over the spin off I would say the whole thing is not clear and it is the fault of the 2 KAT Companies that it has not been explained better. If I was a long time KATX bagholder I would certainly like to know just what IS the truth about Record Dates, ex-div dates and the whole thing.
