Nice try but not true. Larry knows only that MediaG3 rents space for one piece of equipment on the roof. He does not know if it is installed, is hooked up to a connection or broadcasts anything.
There is no indication that MediaG3 "shares space" with 360Networks, only that Val Westergard apparently took some photos of equipment in the approximately 1000 sf leased by 360Networks (acquired by Zayo).
It is not "office space" (as can be seen in the photos) and Larry said it has a High Voltage - Keep Out warning on the door. For all anyone knows Val could have bribed a janitor to let him into that space to photograph it.
You claimed earlier that MediaG3 has a "corporate office" at 1501 S. Federal Way in Boise. Larry says that's not true. How do you reconcile that glaring discrepancy?
