I agree with most of the things you are saying except the company dumping tens of millions of shares. The stock ran for 4 days, roughly 120 million in shares. As you know in pennyland no one invest, so everyone wanted to take profits. In the past two red days we've only traded a little under 70 mil. Everyone that bought is trying to sell right now, the people that got in the first day are still at a 100% gain, it will eventually stop and go up again. When a company's dumping "tens of millions of shares" the PPS doesn't move and it is very noticable as in the case of AEG*. Everyone knows that everything thing in pennyland dumps. It's just a bunch of people pumping and saying publically that their not selling until copper when really everyone is trying to get out before the next guy. Not dilution, just mass exodus. Just my opinion of course.
