Who care's if they have/don't have an office. Even if they do, only Val would ever be there....working on youtube videos or updating the website. (or on ihub)

What should matter is that MDGC does not have any employees, has yet to collect revenue and has been diluting the stock every quarter while failing to accomplish anything other than stringing investors along on empty promises.
