Why didn't he reveal the address 5 months ago. Why didn't Val Westergard not reveal leaving the old suite number at the beginning of the year at least. Why no proper notice to the past management, let alone the shareholders of a public company? Why did he leave without paying rent that he was responsible for? What was it; one of the middle of the night moves? Only a few more of the many, many, many bad business behaviors exhibited by MDGC and Val.
