I keep suggesting that their presence at that address may simply be a co-lo'd or leased server, allowing MDGC/Val to think that justifies claiming that their "operations" are run out of that location.

If he were to provide a Suite #, then it would be easier enough to show that the address belongs to another entity, perhaps a datacenter or some other service where MDGC has a box, or a virtual private server.

If that's the case, some office/lab/r&d center! LOL
