Wow, it is amazing how many times proof can be posted in black and white and still be ignored. This Spin Off will be required to be handled as a SPECIAL DIVI. Thus the X-date will be the day after the pay date. Any dividend (spin off included)(SEC considers spin off shares dividends) that meets or exceeds 25% of the share of a company falls under these rules. The key words are "Special Dividend" I wish it were not so as I held shares on the record date.
