If this is a scam and the stock is dead and all involved are crooks etc. etc. etc. . Please move on as you hanging around this board does not make one bid of sense. You were brilliant you figured it out you sold now move on and let us longs who I guess are just "suckers", deal with it. If you don't have anything constructive to say JUST LEAVE! and get a LIFE!

Just ask yourselves this question why would ASYI go through all the filings , hiring a lawfirm if they're not serious about bringing in a functioning business into this shell. They're looking out for their best interest as well since they're shareholders just like us!
