But, uhh, uhm, wait, it's "normal course of business" to not give notice to your landlord or shareholders, skip out on the rent, don't even attempt to cover tracks until it's brought up on a board or get exposed, and work with rolling STOP signs and rolling Black Skulls, conveniently leave out all of the address, dubious share selling on watch with the SEC and DTCC, bad notices with the local BBB of some rinky dink DBA, and probably owing the state in which the stock is registered in, at least having problems keeping a simple thing current.
