First American Scientific Corp (FASC – OTCBB) update from Asia

Vancouver, BC, Canada:

Mr. C. L. Kantonen, Chairman of FASC is pleased to announce that its Asian business has begun to percolate with five KDS sales to announce this quarter.

Firstly, from Japan, our Licensee has paid royalties on two sales of KDS Model S-6 machines now being used to convert animal waste into pathogen free fertilizer.

Next, from Korea, our joint venture partner has now paid royalties on one sale of a KDS Model S-8 which will be used to convert forestry waste into a combustible fuel that will be integrated into a biomass power plant. In addition to the royalties, FASC will receive a percentage of the profits on this sale.

Finally, our joint venture partner in Malaysia has advised that the first of two KDS Model-MF777 machines has now been shipped and a second will be completed and shipped in June 2009. These two machines will be used to convert palm waste, locally known as empty fruit bunch ( EFB ) into a combustible fuel. FASC will receive royalties as well as a percentage of the profits on these two sales.

The patented KDS “Kinetic Disintegration System” creates a clean dry powder from all forms of waste biomass in an efficient, cost effective manner without the use of any supplemental fuel. In addition, the end product is EPA certified pathogen free suitable for use as a Class A fertilizer, or a clean burning fuel which can be used in both domestic or industrial burners. With licensed operations in North America, South America, Asia and Europe, First American Scientific Corp is now ready to revolutionize the alternative green energy business.
