NEVER have I witnessed such BULL ***t !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm beginning to think that if you had say 30,000 shares of KATX in December of 2011 you will NOT get the full 10,000 shares of KATG if you sold any KATX shares between Dec. 2011 and when the S E C approves the Spin Off some time in the future. And on any shares you did sell you will owe the KATG share Spin Off due on them. I don't see how the brokerage system is going to be able to police this. The person who bought what you sold is entitled to the KATG Spin Off .. NOT YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is also A COLOSSAL JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!!! So to conclude here --- this is just another ploy by the Company to discourage you from selling. I think there is some wording in the S-1 also that is highly misleading because this fiasco has never been fully and properly articulated ( on purpose I would add ). I think it says ' YOU WILL GET .. ', but it does not say ' Provided you hold the KATX shares until the S-1 is approved '. ANOTHER promise with a caveat that they DO NOT TELL YOU !!!!!!!!! DISS GUS TING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
