All fine and good - shaw - but read my posts on the other Board re fraud and the back-dating of the Record Date. You are only looking at the period after the announced Record Date. My point concerns just before the Record Date for innocent loyal shareholders who may have got fed up finally and SOLD. With information being hidden. Had they known about the spin-off soon enough as is the case with all dividends THEY WOULD NOT HAVE SOLD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They CAN say with conviction that they were defrauded.
