If they ever sell the zinc property that they are leasing to Teck, $1.20 or more can very well become a reality. And I do expect this company to eventually sell the zinc property. I think we have a possibilty of seeing yearly dividends for a longtime. This will all take time but I expect to make a lot of money on this one down the road
