Much like your explanation of the share structure IMO. 25 million were never booked in annual report as you stated yesterday. Show me where you find this in the annual report. The 25 million were private placement on January 25th 2012, in which MDGC received $8750. That was only disclosed in Q1 fins. And it wasn't a related party, which Yuan would be IMO.
The bottom line is, the 42 million they owe to Yuan are not booked into the O/S and there is no room in the A/S to release those to him a/o 3/31/12.
