Maybe start with the notion that MDGC has what it says it has and work from there instead of starting with a conclusion for which there is no support.

My understanding of MDGC's tech as mentioned in the previous post is that it has the ability to band contiguous spectrum together and handle the distortion created by higher frequencies.

Keep in mind, MDGC is working with WAN architecture and can transmit its signal without the need for microwave towers.
