I am happy to help here... My sister, a former Idaho Deputy Attorney General, now works for the Catholic Church here in Boise. I will give her a call tomorrow (after Mass) for some guidance as to whom I should contact regarding lease details and equipment installed on the roof. No need for Val to prove any ownership of equipment any more, as I have the right contacts (spiritual and otherwise) to assist.
