Not if those deciding (the board) either held no shares (Mr Thistle or Mr Picket) or a consistent number as in the Stead Brothers. They would not benefit from a changed date.
There is NO conspiracy, no one else buying and selling for the board.
So back dating makes sense, I am sure our attorneys approved/recommended all changes.
NO ONE was defrauded, especially not by the board of Kat or Kats Attorneys. Investors trade every stock some buy some sell. No ONE was told by our board to do either. Some took a risk in selling some chose not to take that risk. There is no fraud only choices.
