It's just my opinion BUT you said Trillacorpe had "quality of management." I pointed out in their personal lives, Trillacorpe senior management did not pay their mortgages or car payments according to this article I've posted. They borrowed, but do not pay back. In my opinion, that reflects poorly on Trillacorpe.
