Congrats guys. i might buy-in on Monday. Does anyone know the answers to these questions. TIA

1) Does anyone know what Trillacorpe's projected sales are in 2012?

2) Not sure if anyone knows this...or wants to talk about it...but Trillacorpe's sales actually decreased from $29.2 mil (in 2010)...to $13.6 mil (in 2011)

3) I find it odd this proposed merger is non dilutive to EEDG shareholders when Trillacorpe's revenues are approximately 30x greater than EEDG's 2011 revenues. (Perhaps EEDG will issue restricted common or preferred shares, who knows!)
