Nah. That doesn't explain it. No billionaire is going to voluntarily get involved with a scammy li'l penny stock being sued for fraud, like JBI, unless they have a loser-nephew managing a few of their dollars they keep in a "throw away" fund to piddle away on crap like this for tax losses.
