TEVA was another one of the few stock that rose yesterday (Wed 5/30/12) perhaps on the stock move from NASDAQ to NYSE and a possible tax relief…

A more direct reason: Teva’s chairman, Phillip Frost, bought 1M shares (~$39M worth) on the open market:
