It reflects a development stage company that has only recently complete the development of its technology and is just beginning the commercial phase of its operations. The cost for the development stage has been relatively constant at a little more than $1 million per month. That changes as the revenue side of the equation begins to offset the costs.
The nature of the beast is that development state companys must raise funds until operations begin. Based on public information it appears to me the development stage is pretty much over and the self sustaining commercial operating phase is now at hand.
