Can you please document where JBI has UNLIMITED financing? NO doubt there are now some quality names associated with the company, BUT not all investments work out, even for the shrewdest investor. Are you telling everyone that you know that this new group of investors will continue to pump in money even after it may no longer look advantageous? If you do not know this, perhaps you should not state this.
