ICOA is the last clean shell at 111 Airport Rd. Of the three, one has been shut down and the other one has a DTC freeze on it - very hard and expensive to remove. They are trying to keep this shell clean and up to date so they have a way to sell shares and keep these scams going. Go look into it - do some DD!
