Gushan has announced intentions to go private and offer shareholders 1.599/share.

With shares trading at one dollar I suppose many are skeptical of this offer. I am as well. Once upon a time, Gushan was a real powerhouse of a stock to own. Those days are long gone.

Not many even willing to buy and hold at one buck for an instant 60% gain should the buyback of shares go thru as announced.
