CRGC seems to be tracking PGLC pretty closely. The premium on PGLC over the .80 exchange for CRGC is staying about where it has been. If anything, I would say that CRGC is a bit stronger than PGLC these days.

There is only a month until the PGLC stock is expected to be distributed. I imagine that we will be given the exact date within two weeks, but am not sure of that.

So what do plan on doing when the deal is done? Do you want to hold onto the PGLC or sell? My overall basis is about .25 and no doubt I would lose a little if I sold after the exchange. My current plans are to hold on.
