And this one is a killer......since these weapons are notoriously inaccurate, civilians are often killed and maimed.........to get around that, and lessen the 'collateral damage count' (interesting and obscure term for killing civilians), they basically say..well, they shouldn't have been in the general area of this supposed terrorist.........lol.......So they must have been accomplices........lol.....z
