I think that we will see something soon. I also have been following NEIK, which is now NEIKE (because they were naughty) and they were had a planned merger for 05/23/12. 5/23 cam and silence, no PR, no 8-K nothing. Then yesterday the 8-K was released stating the signing did happen on 5/23 as planned. We have to trust they signed and realize if that be the case they need to place their attention to completion the details before they give the investors a warm fuzzy with PR etc. IMO we will see something, next week Tuesday / Wednesday. If we have not seen anything by next Friday and they did sign they will be in violation in not filing the 8-K, which I don't they want, so we can assume then we were either manipulated or the deal is still going through. What we decide and do then is up to each of us.
