They did refute him. I think it was CDR that did - those posts got deleted because everyone said don't answer him - and they fell under OT (LOL).

If you go look at his (BA) posts today, you'll see where he backtracks about the SEC business.

But my point to you was different. Why do we have to keep refuting bogus claims?
