A private board is not necessary. A board controlled by its participants is no additional cost.
This does not have to be a difficult decision. Just allow the board to continue as it has and not bend to the wishes of bashers.

There is no financial desision to destroy this board. It is a conceptional decision.

Its one small board. Why can't it be self regulated. Why must rules be strictly adhered to. Why can't the bashers start their own board? ( actually they have RB )

It can be done and the decision appears to be that it just wont be tollerated.
