How can anyone justify the sell of 456,000,000 shares to pay off many small debts totaling $4560. That represents 48.1% of the total float! Is that how the company values their stock? Is that how they care about shareholders? I wrote to Dave the following and asked for an explanation as to why UNQT would sell so many shares at a fire sell price in order to pay off a minute amount of $4560 in total debts. Dave has forwarded my request to the company and still no answer from them until today! It was a stupid move, and something is fishy here and simply does not add up!

Hi Dave,
As per the financial statements released May 22 2012 on page 7&8 - Sells of securities: Please explain why a total repayment of debt of $4560 in exchange 456,000,000 shares of UNQT, that's a price of 0.00001/share! Are they that desperate? Is that how UNQT values their company and stock? As an outsider and investor, it really gives me what to think about! I own a large amount of shares and having second thoughts about it now!
Everything was looking good! we had a 89% increase in revenus in 2011 vs 2010, uplisting to OTCBQ markets, hiring IR company, increase its Class 8 inventory within the next 60 days, Acquisition of Natural Product Laboratories LLC, and amazing 1st quarter 2012 results!
But why pay off debts totaling $4560 in exchange for 456,000,000 shares? Just doesn't make sense to me for a company that is focusing on building the best company through Union Equity and Union Equity Holdings. Thanks!
Here is the list of debts that were paid off:
1. 80,000,000 shares to Quail Management for $800.00
2. 92,000,000 shares to Financial Providence Services for $920.00
3. 89,000,000 shares to Richard Hewson for $890.00
4. 88,000,000 shares to Titan Wealth Ventures inc for $880.00
5. 70,000,000 shares to Ana Patorfide for $700.00
6. 37,000,000 shares to Aida King for $370.00
If UNQT has so much to offer as:
1. Increases Revenues by Over 89% for Year Ending December 31, 2011 as Compared to the Same Period Last Year.
2. Union Equity Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UNQT) is pleased to announce that the Company has generated $259,028 in revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2012 as compared to $63,799 in revenue for quarter ending March 31, 2011, which is an increase of 115%.
3. Upgrading of OTC Pink Sheets, to OTC QB.
4. 100% of acquisition Natural Product Laboratories LLC.
And more!
Then why sell off 48.1% of the total float for only $4560 if the company has so much to offer? If they really think the stock will be worth alot more then present levels, then why sell shares at 0.00001/share? Sorry but things just don't match up! This is something we could not disregard, and if we are trying to disregard, we would only be cheating ourselves with a huge possibility of being left with a big bag full of empty shares! Thanks and GL!
