Yes, "Almost all means some manufacturers are non-electronic". However, the ones that are non-electronic manufacture actual herbal cigarettes that are smokable, herbal biddies, or exactly what I want, but went out of business years ago. If you do find a comparable product or manufacturer willing to make the equivalent of the non-electronic smokeless cigarettes of "smokers option" I will gladly paypal you a finders fee (The manufacturer has to respond to emails/calls though).
