It not only be...it IS..do some Googling. .I looked and couldn't find it in the Constitution.....maybe I missed it.....lol..

It's also legal now to detain anybody indefinitely if they are suspected (apparently by anybody in law enforcement) of some type of terrorist acts....BO signed the new law on New Years this year...I guess most people were too busy to notice....lol

And it's now a FELONY to demonstrate anywhere the secret service is present.....the times they are a changin....as Dylan (who BO just gave the Freedom award to) once sang....z
