There is no incentive to announce QE3. QE1 and QE2 were announced to pump up the stock market. That has been accomplished. The idea is to devalue in a way that the masses do not notice. This QE3 must therefore be stealthy. I suspect there will be no announcements. However, the huge deficit must be paid with borrowed money or printed money, and I do not see many lenders lining up.
