Maybe there's not much left in the way of assets, who knows?
But if business was that bad why not just say so?
And why not release the 10-K?

My thoughts can't help but drift back to when pps was shooting up, 8-K's coming out regularly, and a sky's-the-limit feel to this company.
Then news is clamped down, no fins, and pps suffers greatly.

Maybe all due to a failed M/A, but still it's hard to think their very survival depended on that M/A, whatever, or whoever, it was with.
Be glad to get some clarification, but right now I have to agree with you that this could very well go either way.
