Opps...don't want to mess up the color scheme. I said blue for water (which is reserved for high-probability towns) so scratch that :(

We need a color or special marker for power, sewer and water utility projects ???

The Power companies are spending hundreds of millions $$ to increase power capacity in the region.

Can't have housing developments without power ;)
