Well I still believe it was APS who started the rumors that they were going to promo GWBU at .41, just to introduce their pick in a different way, and then came all the games with the other newsletters picks. Then they don't even send an email and announce their pick with a banner in their website. So IMO technically this play started really at .41, which puts it almost at 300% status, just not officially, and still has more room to grow IMO, in which we will prolly see 2.50+.
