I often wonder if Frank Moody, or himself in concert with team exec's, study the competition such as this which you have offered up, so they don't miss a trick in what to have on their own product, or to be able to 'talk' about and promote their own product as successfully as this one in pointing out the features and capabilities.
What do you think board? Are they involved in overviewing competitors and gleaning from them re: the above?
