Take a look at these if you like. There are so many issues... I can't really get started because it'll never end. I don't even pretend to have answers, or even strong opinions, but I find the topic fascinating...I'd be curious to hear any thoughts if people decide to have a look. I know this post isn't MWWC specific, but it relates so hopefully it isn't deleted. Anyone I've ever recommended Curtis to has been blown away by it, and say it's the best doc they've ever seen.

These might be of interest to a few here...not hollywood blockbusters but some great documentaries nonetheless. It's a long one though with 4 parts. Anything by Curtis is quite good.

A good site for summarizing some of the philosophical classics...I personally think Hobbes had some interesting insights, but most of the famous ones are there.

I also liked Goerge Lakoff's explanation of the strict father/nurturing parent models as they relate to politics. And of course Noam Chomsky has an unbelievable mind, whether you agree or disagree.
