Witha promo IMO,will get it to rise faster,but downfall is then will settle down aways and take awhile to recupperate, but then it will fly do to the increase in revenues in quarterly filings, but maybe cause longs control and will power, we will get to 4.00 faster! Who knows? Maybe if it a couple months long promo, it will be stable caused of nasdaq listing coming?
