it looks like this year will be a gap down. Of the last 3 years oil has been going up and nothing has been as bad as the disaster in NO.
Bush is on TV and that is good for a drop.
If the 50 crosses above the 200 on the 5 min. VXN I don't think the market will close green today. Carl
