you are so right we had a choice...if you read the disclosure statement or not it makes absolutly no difference, ..YOU VOTE YES OR YOU LOSE YOUR SHARES. THAT IS IT ..I DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU READ OR ANYTHING,, THAT WAS THE CHOICE.SOME NEVER VOTED OR VOTED NO AND THEY HAVE NOTHING..
