Mike Willingham's Unusual SILENCE,,,May be Directly Related to the fact he was Conned and Fooled by both FDIC/JPM's SHAM OF A SETTLEMENT.....Now they are delaying and not acting on their False promises, and he feels like a Fool....Could this be the TRUTH???? JMHO
