5/6/12 Email from Heritage


I received this email on May 6th. I did not pass it on because this is similar to other responses I have received from Heritage since the suspension. For all of the know-it-all folks ready to pounce, we have heard plenty of times that C$ does not need approval from the SEC to send any communication to shareholders...

Here is the message from Jeffrey at Heritage:

I apologize for the delay in responding to your question. We are still waiting for the SEC’s approval before sending out any press releases. The Company is still under investigation however the management is continuing to cooperate in every phase of the investigation in hopes of quickly concluding the process. As soon as we know more, we will send out a press release to all shareholders.
