I haven't lost anything yet other than time and some opportunity costs.

May yet lose everything,... but for the moment,... until I try and sell or we get (somehow) cancelled out I have not actually lost my money.

It's still there,... undervalued (IMO) by the market forces around it,... but the investment is still there.
