submitted a Marketing Authorization Application, or MAA, for DUEXIS in the United Kingdom, or UK, the Reference Member State, or RMS, through the Decentralized Procedure.

In February 2012, we modified the DUEXIS MAA submission to include the recently approved manufacturing site in Laval, Quebec through the National Procedure in the UK.

We anticipate a decision on the MAA in the second half of 2012.
