They can file the form 15 because its an automatic filing. Its also a 90 day review by the SEC to see if they qualify

My point was, they were not suppose to file the form because they do not qualify for form ( read the SEC rules yourself )

but we all know how these pump and dump pennies operate, they could care less about the rules.

NMGL filing form 15 changes nothing

FFGO is still gone

NMGL can not legally issue any fantasy divvies to FFGO share holders ( don't care how many claim they can .. because no one will ever provide the proof they can, nothing but rumor and speculation

No divvy is ever coming to FFGO share holders
