I wasn't saying that forward selling gold was illegal, just to be clear. I was saying that the company is forward selling gold and so therefore there is something in the works for BONZ. My comment about illegal operations was addressing a hypathetical situation where BONZ was forward selling gold for a mining operation they have no intention of starting.
