Why is it that Ultra-Orthodox Jewish people GET AWAY with SEX CRIMES in New York?

I've been reading these stories off and on for about, well I don't know the time exactly, but it's at least since four years or so ... So there is another one today of in N.Y. Magazine, which compelled me to do a google search for nyt ultra Orthodox Jews sex crimes

Here is the result .. It's like reading a book, pages and pages of how these people have gotten away with these sex crimes .. I put the NYT times in, due to the fact that they were the first ones way back who wrote the first expose on this subject ...
